Who operates Agenda by GEN?
PT Generasi Ekselensia Nusantara (PT GEN), the official operator in Indonesia. PT GEN handles deployment, local hosting, onboarding, training and support. The technology comes from Kundalik, an international EdTech provider with more than 15 years of experience.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Indonesia, in the Jakarta cloud region. All personal data, system logs and backups stay in the country, under PT GEN’s local control.
Does Agenda comply with UU PDP?
Yes. Personal data is handled in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what rights you have.
How is the data protected?
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and data is protected with industry-standard encryption and technical security measures. Each user only sees what their role allows: teachers, parents, students and school leaders have different access rights.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Schools and teachers work on the web, and parents and students have a mobile app.
How much does it cost?
The demo is free. After the demo, schools can join a zero-cost pilot with no licensing fees during the trial period.
